TERMS & CONDITIONS
The below applies only If you purchased your products directly from Legendary Beast Studios (online or retail). If you have purchased from a retailer, please note that different retailers have their own policies which Legendary Beast Studios does not govern nor has control over.

• All figures are quoted in PHP, unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits or Full Payments are only refundable or transferable to another buyer or for another product if Legendary Beast Studios cancels release of said products. Legendary Beast Studios will ship or allow collection of the products only to the original buyer. Proxies or representatives will not be entertained.
• For super-early advanced POs where the final price for the product is not set yet, deposits collected can be refunded if final price is not agreeable when announced. If final product differs substantially from PO images (completely different pose, different concept etc), customer is also eligible for a refund.
• For any successful cancellation and monetary refund, a 5% admin charge of the amount to be refunded will be charged to customers to cover all administrative and postage costs.
• Before buying, customer should check and confirm whether the Legendary Beast Studios product is allowed to be sold and shipped to their mailing address. No freight forwarder or PO Box addresses will be entertained. Legendary Beast Studios reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any orders if the shipping address is not compliant with our licensed zones.
• Final release date of this product is subject to delays by manufactory or approval factors.
• Customers are expected to collect the productions and pay any balance remaining within 2 weeks upon notification of collection by Legendary Beast Studios. If we do not hear from the customer, a reminder via phone call, text message and/or email will then be sent and collection date extended for another 2 weeks (total of 1 month from date of collection notification). Non collection of products after 1 month will be deemed as product cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.
• No returns policy. All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.
• Stock is extremely limited and it is expected that multiple buyers will be attempting to buy the same product at the same time (at check-out page). Hence, it is not guaranteed that the product will be available until the purchase is confirmed as final – this is not system bug. In rare cases where 2 customers have purchased at the exact same moment causing the product to be oversold, Legendary Beast Studios will issue a full refund to affected customers.
• By proceeding with this order, you have deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms.
Warranty & Exchanges Policy
• Limited Warranty of 14 days from date of collection against missing parts or defects. Limited Warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. E.g. Loss, Theft, Breakage due to inappropriate handling.
• To obtain warranty service, you must contact us within the Limited Warranty period and submit the online Customer Assistance form, duly completed. Legendary Beast Studios will review and provide the ideal solution.
• As with all hand crafted products, no two pieces of product are exactly the same; there are bound to be slight differences or minor imperfections (defined as non-visible in normal usage or viewing conditions). Serious defects are defined as:
o Structural instability where products cannot be fitted/displayed properly
o Obvious visible cracks, chips, paint scratches
o Missing parts or pieces
• Legendary Beast Studios has a no returns policy for change of mind. All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.
• We will pay for return shipping only when the return / exchange is a result of our error such as a serious defect, collectible damages, or an error in filling your order.
• If the purchase is being returned for any other reason than those previously stated, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including those to return the item(s) to us. Legendary Beast Studios will refund the product price minus any applicable shipping/return shipping charges and non-refundable deposits. Final decision is made at the sole discretion of Legendary Beast Studios.
Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time by posting changes on this site. Your continued use of the resources on this site after changes are posted constitute your acceptance of this policy as modified by the posted changes. By using this site, we assume that you have read the privacy policy and understood its meaning. If you do not agree with the facts stated in this policy then we recommend that you do not use this website.
